Mohsin Khan – The former Pakistani opener who represented Pakistan in 75 ODIs and 48 test matches married the famous Bollywood actress Reena Roy. He acted in around 13 movies and gossips erupted when he shared screen with Reena Roy. Speculation was at peak because of the disturbed Indo-Pak relations. Rumors turned out to be true and they both married each other. They had a son too but years later their marriage reached an unfortunate end and the two divorced each other.

Glenn Turner – The New Zealand opener who was the first Kiwi batsman to score a double century in the same test match also married an Indian, Sukhinder Kaur. In 1973 they married each other . Sukhinder was born in Ludhiana, Punjab. She later turned into a politician and also served as a Mayor of Dunedin, New Zealand from 1995 to 2004 when she announced her retirement. She became popular in New Zealand by the name of ‘Sukhi Turner’. The couple also have two children and have been living happily married after.

Muttiah Muralitharan – The Sri Lankan legend who has the most number of wickets in the world in both Test matches and ODIs has also married a Tamil girl named Madhimalar. Madhimalar was born in Chennai. Because of the similar backgrounds and cultures they both liked each other. Their families met through the traditional way and families approved the wedding of two. They married immediately in the next 4 months. They also have two sons and have been living a peaceful life.

Zaheer Abbas – Another Pakistani great batsman who was also labeled as the ‘Asian Bradman’ because of his impeccable use of wrists. His timing and elegance made his batting a treat to watch.He married Rita Luthra. The two met in 1980 in England. Rita was studying fashion designing in the UK while Zaheer was representing Gloucestershire in County cricket. Their respective fathers were also friends with each other. Viv Richards – The West-Indian legend whose aura and charisma is still unmatched shared a relationship with the Indian actress Neena Gupta. Their relationship was much talked about at that time as Viv was already married.
