1)60 runs, against SRH, 2017 :- A 60 run partnership when the chips were down for Mumbai Indians.
Mumbai Indians were 3 down for 36 when former captain of Mumbai Indians Rohit Sharma who came at number 4 got the new partner at the other end in form of his current captain Hardik Pandya.
They took Mumbai from 36 runs to 96 runs until Hardik Pandya got out. Rohit Sharma played a superb knock of 67 runs of 45 balls in loosing cause.
2)35*, against CSK, 2018 :- A crucial 35 runs partnership between Rohit and Hardik saw Mumbai Indians winning against CSK in the final over.
3)33 runs against KKR, 2018 :- A quickfire 33 runs partnership between Rohit and Pandya which took Mumbai from 144 to 177 in 20 balls and helped Mumbai Indians set a huge target of 210 against KKR which KKR had no answer to.
4)29 runs against RCB, 2018 :- Once again in the same year, Rohit and Hardik played together and once again helped Mumbai to register yet another 200+ score.
5)27 against KKR, 2021 :- A small but crucial contribution from both the batters as they took Mumbai from 88 to 115 for fourth wicket partnership.
When Rohit used to come at number 4 and Hardik at number 5 and 6, there were more chances and occasions of the two captains of Mumbai Indians working together for the greater cause of taking their team to good total, but ever since Rohit opening and Hardik now coming lower down the order for his role as finisher, fans are less likely to see both great batters together but fans are not giving this soon as we can see both the captains can really bat together and their oh boy !! there team need it for sure.
