Former Australia Captain & player , Michael Clarke scored most runs in No. 5 position against India in 2012 in Sydney. He scored 329* runs comprises of 39 fours & 1 six. Many thought that had Michael Clarke not declared the Innings he would have went on to score 400 runs and break the previous world record of most runs in an innings.
