Andy flower is in talks with Rajasthan Royals to replace Kumar Sangakarra as their head coach for IPL 2024.
After coaching English Cricket team from 2009-2014 which includes winning ICC World t20, Multan Sultans in Pakistan Premier League, and St Lucia Kings in Carribean Premier League, Flower comes with vast experience behind him.
Regarded as one of the best wicketkeeper batsman, and famous for his reverse sweep and being the only player to score an ODI hundred on debut in a world cup match, Flower with his calm mind can really turn the fortunes for Rajastan Royals, who always starts the campaign on high but losses their mark midway.
Under Flower’s guidance, LSG made it to the knockouts in 2022 and 2023.
Lucknow have brought in former Australia player Justin Langer as their new head coach. He will closely work with mentor Gautam Gambhir and captain KL Rahul.
