1)Ronnie Irani’s father married Ronnie mother Anne Main when he came in England to play club cricket in 1961. Ronnie Irani is of Irani descent. Irani’s migrated to India after British Raj.

2)Everybody in India and England know him for his good performances in the Natwest series in 2002. He was awarded Fan Player of the series for his 169 runs and 8 wickets in the series.

3)He stopped bowling in 2003 because of right knee arthritis condition and retired at the age of 35. He played as a specialist batsman in his later years.
