A new state T20 league is now in town. Rajasthan cricket association has launched its new T20 league starting 27 August. If we talk about the teams, there are 6 teams participating in the inaugural season of Rajasthan Premier League.
Jodhpur Sunrisers.
Jaipur Indians.
Bhilwara Bulls.
Udaipur Lake City Warriors.
Shekhawati Soldiers Sikar.
Jaanbaaz Kota Challengers.
The T20 league will be played from 27 August to 10 September, 14 days in total. Total 19 matches will be played.
Lot of IPL stars are participating in it.
Deepak Chahar is captain of Bhilwara Bulls.
Rahul Chahar is part of Jodhpur Sunrisers.
Deepak Hooda is captain of Jaanbaaz Kota Challengers.
Khaleel Ahmed is part of Udaipur Lake City Warriors.
RCB batsman Mahipal Lomror is part of Shekawati Soldiers Sikar.
Its great to see state T20 league in action, before that we have already have TNPL, Maharaja Trophy in Karnataka, Saurastra Premier League and Maharastra Premier League.
These new T20 leagues will provide platform for the young talent who don’t get chances in domestic cricket. It will also increase the talent pool available to BCCI for future.
