There have been several issues going in the Bangladesh. A special tribunal has found Sheik Hasina who has been living in India, guilty of crimes against humanity. Amidst the political tension, there is some good news for their cricket fans as Mushfiqur Rahim has become the first Bangladeshi cricketer to play 100 test matches. Let’s look at who are the other players in the list.

2)Mominul Haque: The former Bangladesh captain who also share the most number of test centuries, 13 with Mushfiqur Rahim, has played 75 test matches till now.

4)Shakib Al Hasan: The former Bangladesh captain has played 71 test matches for his team. He is currently summoned by Anti Corruption Commission of Bangladesh.

3)Tamim Iqbal: Tamim Iqbal almost lost his life on the cricket field when he suffered a heart attack on 24 March, 2025. The stylish left handed batsman has played 70 test matches for Bangladesh.

4)Mohammad Ashraful: 61 test matches for the very talented Mohammad Ashraful, whose cricket career was stalled when he was found involved in match fixing in Bangladesh Premier League in 2013.
