T20 cricket is the modern format, known for quickfire innings and high-paced action. As with every sport, exceptional records emerge from time to time—hard to believe until fans witness them with their own eyes. Today, we look at the highest T20 score made by a batter without hitting a six.
1) Brian Bennet ( 81 of 57 balls) – A rather unknown batsman, from Zimbabwe, but also the most recent on the list is Brian Bennet, who played a well placed innings of 81 off just 57 balls against Sri Lanka in the month of September, 2025. Brian Bennet set a perfect example of how you don’t always need to hit sixes in T20 cricket to maintain a good strike rate.
2) Babar Azam and Faf Du Plessis (79) – Babar Azam from Pakistan and Faf both shared the record for making 79 runs without ever crossing the boundary on the full.
3)Mohammad Rizwan (78) – Another Pakistan batsman on the list, who is not feature of T20 team. He made his 78 against West Indies. No sixes in that innings.
4) Ricky Ponting (76) – Former Australian captain Ricky Ponting also played along the ground, and shy away from hitting a six in his 76 run innings against India.
