1) 113 not out against Pakistan in 2nd Innings :- A 113 not out in the 4th innings against the lethal attack of Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Imran Khan and Abdul Qadir, this is the highlight of Sanjay Manjrekar career.
Sanjay remained not out on 113 as India went on to draw the match in 4th innings scoring 303 runs in 96 overs. The target was 453, not the time of Bazball.
2)377 against Hyderabad in Ranji trophy semifinal :- A mammoth innings of 377 runs of just 473 balls with 50 fours and 5 sixes, Sanjay Manjrekar showed he was built for long innings.
3)75 not out in Asia Cup Final :- A match winning knock in final of Asia Cup. Chasing 205 runs in 45 overs, Manjrekar played a superb knock of 75 to take his team home. He was helped by quickfire 39 balls 54 runs innings from then captain Mohammad Azharuddin.
4)102 against Zimbabwe, 1992 :- 102 runs of 422 balls and 5th on the number for the slowest centuries in test cricket, Manjrekar was left with no option but to fight it hard in the middle as none of the Indian star batsman Sachin, Azharuddin got to double digit mark.
The match ended in draw, but this innings once again gave a highlight of Sanjay Manjrekar ability to spend time in the middle.
5)105 of 82 balls against SouthAfrica :- If he can spend 500 minutes in the middle against Zimbabwe, he also have the hard hitting game in ODI.
The new entrant to World Cricket, South Africa toured India in 1992.
In third ODI Sanjay Manjrekar made 105 runs of 82 balls with another slow century from Ravi Shashtri of 145 balls, Manjrekar took India to a good total of 287 runs.
